VARER becomes DEMTORA Defense & Aviation

Until 14 September 2026, the company operated under the name VARER SAVUNMA VE HAVACILIK. From this date, the company continues under its new name, DEMTORA SAVUNMA VE HAVACILIK, internationally presented as DEMTORA Defense & Aviation.

GOLDENJEST International acquired a significant majority stake in VARER SAVUNMA VE HAVACILIK. The investment brought the company into the GOLDENJEST holding and created a strong foundation for long-term investment, strategic coordination and continued growth in defence, aerospace and precision manufacturing.

GOLDENJEST acquires a 50% stake

GOLDENJEST International acquired a 50% shareholding in VARER SAVUNMA VE HAVACILIK. The partnership combined industrial investment with established CNC machining, metalworking and quality-control capabilities for defence and aerospace programmes.
