GOLDENJEST International
Group profile / Strategic connection

DEMTORA joins a broader industrial platform

GOLDENJEST International is a Czech industrial and defence holding that brings together fibre optics, rugged communications networks, telecommunications services and precision manufacturing. Its portfolio includes OPTOKON GROUP, OptoNet Communication, PRVNÍ TELEFONNÍ and DEMTORA. Under the holding, each company retains its specialist focus while benefiting from shared strategic coordination, governance and long-term backing.

For DEMTORA, this connection creates new opportunities to combine high-precision CNC and CMM capabilities with the group’s communications, optical and systems expertise. It can support access to broader international networks, coordinated investment, shared quality standards and participation in more complex defence and aerospace programmes—from individual precision components to integrated mission-ready solutions.
